YOU ARE NOT ALONE
My dear loving brothers and sisters, there is a battle that rages in every life. A battle between faith and fear, the battle between victory and defeat, between pressing forward and giving up.
But I declare to you in the name of Jesus that you are not called to surrender to the storm. You are not meant to bow before the weight of trials, for the spirit of the living God is upon you.
And where the spirit of the Lord is, there is power, there is strength, there is anointing to overcome.
The enemy would love nothing more than for you to quit, to lay down your sword, to abandon the calling God has placed on your life.
But my beloved, when the Holy Spirit moves within you, when his fire burns in your soul there is no battle too great, no mountain too high, no storm too fierce.
You will rise, you will fight, you will walk in victory that has already been won through the blood of Jesus.
And I today declare over you: NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER SURRENDER, ALWAYS KEEP FIGHTING.
“GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN YOU THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD.” NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU SHALL PROSPER.” YOU WILL NOT DIE BUT LIVE TO SEE THE GOOD WORKS OF YOUR FATHER AND GLORIFY HIM WHO IS IN HEAVEN.”
The battle is not yours. The strength to fight comes from the Holy Spirit. Many people go through life trying to fight their battles in their strength relying on their wisdom, their endurance and their abilities.
They push, they strive, and they struggle, yet they find themselves exhausted, discouraged and ready to give up.
But the truth is the battle was never meant to be carried on weary shoulders. The moment a person understands that victory does not come by might or by power but by the spirit of the living God, everything changes.
Throughout scripture, God’s greatest victories were never won by human effort alone.
When the Israelites stood before the Red Sea, they had no weapons, no strength, no way of escape. The enemy was behind them, the water was in front of them, and fear tried to grip their hearts.
But God did not tell them to fight with swords or strategies. He told them to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. It was not their battle. It was His.
The spirit of God moved upon the waters, and what seemed impossible suddenly became their pathway to victory.
Gideon was another man who learned that the battle belonged to the Lord. He was the least in his family, and his tribe was the weakest in Israel. Yet God called him a mighty warrior not because of his strength but because the spirit of the Lord would be with him.
When he gathered an army to fight the Midianites, God reduced his numbers from thousands to just 300 men, ensuring that victory could not be attributed to human effort.
And when the battle came, it was not by their swords, not by their numbers, but by the power of the Spirit that their enemies were thrown into confusion and defeated.
THE POWER OF ENDURANCE AND FAITH
The spirit of God does not just give strength. He becomes strength in the life of the believer.
When David faced Goliath, he did not come equipped with a warrior’s armour or a soldier’s training. He came in the name of the Lord and with one small stone, empowered by faith and the spirit of God.
He brought down a giant that had terrified an entire army. It was not David’s skill that won the battle but the power of God working through him.
This is the key to every spiritual victory, recognizing that the power does not come from within but from above. Jesus himself, though fully God, did not begin His ministry until the spirit came upon Him. After being baptized in the Jordan, the heavens opened, and the spirit descended like a dove.
From that moment, Jesus moved in supernatural power, healing the sick, casting out demons and overcoming every attack of the enemy and before He left, He told His disciples that they would receive power.
When the Holy Spirit came upon them, that power was not for their glory but for the battles they would face, the challenges they would endure and the mission they were called to fulfil.
The enemy’s greatest strategy is to make believers feel like they are fighting alone. He whispers lies that say they are too weak, too broken, too unqualified to win the battle before them.
The Holy Spirit is the reminder that they are never alone, never abandoned, and never left to fight in their own strength.
He is the one who lifts a standard against the enemy, who empowers the weary, who breathes life into dry bones.
He gives supernatural endurance when human strength runs out. He fills the people with courage when fear tries to take hold in the darkest moments when giving up seems like the only option.
It is the spirit who whispers” Keep going” when the weight of the battle becomes too much to carry.
It is the spirit who steps in and says,” I will fight for you.” He is the wind in the sails of those who feel like they are drifting.
The fire that burns in the hearts of those who feel like their passion has faded. Every great victory, every overcoming moment, every breakthrough happens not because of human effort but because the spirit of God moves in power.
HOW TO FIGHT THROUGH SPIRITUAL WEAKNESS
Faith is your greatest weapon. Hold on to it no matter what. When everything around you seems to be falling apart, when trials come like waves crashing against your life. When the enemy whispers that it’s over. Faith is what keeps you standing. Faith is not an emotion, not a fleeting feeling that comes and goes. It is the foundation that anchors you in the storm.
It is the confidence that even when you cannot see the way, God is still in control. It is the unshakeable truth that he who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
Every great victory in the Bible was won through faith. When Abraham was called to leave his homeland, he did not know where he was going, but by faith, he obeyed.
He walked into the unknown trusting in the promise of God when he and Sarah were old beyond the years of childbearing.
Faith allowed them to believe in the impossible, and when God asked him to sacrifice his son, it was faith that held him steady believing that God could even raise the dead.
Faith does not always make sense to the natural mind, but it moves the heart of God and brings the impossible into reality.
The walls of Jericho did not fall because of human strength but because of faith. The Israelites marched around the city for seven days, not because their strategy was logical but because they believed in the word of the Lord.
They kept moving even when nothing seemed to be happening. They kept trusting even when the walls looked unshaken.
And on the seventh day, faith was rewarded. The walls collapsed, and victory was theirs. Faith is not about seeing results immediately; it is about believing even when nothing seems to be changing.
It is the unwavering confidence that God is working even when circumstances say otherwise.
Part-2
To be continued.
Remember:
Daily first thing when you wake up in the morning before you get out of bed. Thank the Lord and praise and worship him. No matter your circumstances. Read Psalm 23, 91, and 51 daily before you begin your day. You can even note down this prayer, which I am writing in your note book so that you can start your day with this. I will be giving you more powerful prayers. I will also give you a prayer that I personally always recite before reading and trying to understand God’s word. And believe me, He speaks and reveals truths beyond my imagination.
A last piece of advice:
Always cover your house, your family, the food you eat, the water you drink, your finances, your mind, body and soul, your thoughts, words and actions with the precious blood of Jesus before you begin your day. Don’t miss out; you can make a small prayer book and carry it everywhere with you.
Morning Prayer to Abba Father
Abba, Father,
I come into your presence,
Even as I begin my day.
I came to find wisdom.
So, today, I will not make any foolish mistakes,
So that I will know when to speak, and when to keep silent.
When to act and when to refrain from action
I come to find peace so that nothing may worry or upset me today,
I come to find courage, to be patient, not to give up hope
To accept disappointment, to know you will turn all things for my good.
I come to find love so that nothing makes me bitter, unforgiving and unkind.
I want to begin this day with you, and I desire to continue this day with you
so that it will be a day with nothing to regret.
Father you are my provider, and I know you will provide me my daily needs.
Father, you are my protector. Keep me this day free from the attacks of the power of darkness. Cover me with your precious blood and surround me with your angels.
I make this prayer in your most Holy and precious name of your beloved son Jesus.
(Our Father who art in heaven….)
Amen.
